Tech Talk - Digital Storytelling with WeVideo In-Person
Digital storytelling blends creative expression, writing and public speaking skills, and digital competencies. Working together on personal narratives about things that are meaningful to them can enable students to feel a sense of community and individual and collective voice. Using WeVideo, Dean Christina Rose has guided first generation students in sharing their experiences and perspectives through the creation of short videos. In this Tech Talk, we will hear Dean Rose's recommendations for creating collaborative digital video assignments in a variety of courses.
