RISO Printing Basics

RISO Printing Basics In-Person

What's a RISO printing, you ask? Great question! The Risograph stencil duplicator is a printer that combines digital and traditional printmaking techniques to produce layered art prints. Artists and designers can work from digital files or utilize the scanning bed of the machine to print editions of posters, cards, comics, zines and more.

Come to the Makerspace to see how to set up a digital or hand-made print, learn how to work with layers and spot colors using Adobe (or other digital design tools) and get inspired for your next printing project! Space is limited, so registration is encouraged.
