Tech Talk: Augmented Reality App Development In-Person

Educational Technology Services' augmented reality/virtual reality interns Nadine Adnane '20 (Computer Science & Pre-Med, summer 2017), My Nguyen '20 (Computer Science, summer 2017) and Emmeline Douglas-Mann '18 (Physics, fall 2017) will describe the process of conceptualizing, coding, and presenting an app for the Microsoft HoloLens while developing their digital competencies. Summer interns will discuss lessons learned and provide a demonstration of their augmented reality museum app, HoloMuseum. ETS' fall intern will discuss the process of learning new technologies and conceptualizing an app. Members of Educational Technology Services will share our current initiatives with the HoloLens, including ETS’ ongoing fall student internship and the upcoming Spring 2018 Praxis cohort course.
