Jupyter Day

Jupyter Day

Shows a Jupyter notebook with some text in Python programming language, plus a large "Hello World" graphic.

The theme of JupyterDay Philly is “Transformative Teaching with the Jupyter Notebook”.

JupyterDay Philly will be a day-long workshop dedicated to the use in education of the free and open-source Jupyter notebook. The objective of the workshop is to showcase Jupyter’s capabilities to transform teaching at all levels.

JupyterDay Philly is free and open to the public, especially members of the programming community, students, faculty, academic staff, and researchers. Developers of Jupyter notebooks used for teaching are invited to submit their notebook(s) for presentations, or video poster demonstrations. We are particular interested in pedagogical approaches that support diversity and equity in STEM.
